Alex Magallanes has experience as a business lender, economic development specialist, and expert in business planning and marketing strategy. Alex has been coaching small business owners for over eight years and is passionate about developing our community's economy through entrepreneurship advocacy. He enjoys connecting with people, finding creative ways to grow their small businesses, and providing innovative ideas for his clients. He has a BA in Marketing Analytics from Liberty University.

 

Cynthia Magallanes is the co-founder and Creative Solutions Director of Stage One Business Solutions, an entrepreneurship consultant, business trainer, and author. With more than a decade of business ownership and nonprofit leadership experience, she understands the challenges of starting and growing a business.

Cynthia partners with municipalities and organizations to bring customized training, workshops, and coaching to entrepreneurs in rural communities and small towns. She also designs websites and branding that help businesses communicate their value and connect with their audiences. Her work reflects a simple belief: entrepreneurial talent exists in every community—and access to support should, too.
