Alex Magallanes has experience as a business lender, economic development specialist, and expert in business planning and marketing strategy. Alex has been coaching small business owners for over eight years and is passionate about developing our community's economy through entrepreneurship advocacy. He enjoys connecting with people, finding creative ways to grow their small businesses, and providing innovative ideas for his clients. He has a BA in Marketing Analytics from Liberty University. 

Cynthia Magallanes is the creative director, author, and a seasoned entrepreneur with nonprofit leadership experience. In 2013, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding a successful bridal boutique, where her keen eye for design and commitment to excellence earned her a reputation in the wedding industry.  Cynthia is passionate in helping others to bring business visions to life.
